Getting seen or treated at the Webby Hills Cancer Center is easy. Our priority is to start your care as soon as possible. Please review the data below and contact us with any questions. We are here to help with any aspect we can.

While we offer the most advanced care in a boutique environment, services and treatment at our private center are also significantly less expensive than a hospital facility, bringing our patients cost savings throughout their treatment. Even for a patient who has insurance, the exact same services will be significantly less expensive at our facility than they will be at a hospital.

PPO patients

We are happy to review all of your insurance benefits and assist with helping you to understand them. Our financial counselors are experts in all types of insurance can get any questions answered today. For patients with PPO insurance, there is no referral necessary from a primary care physician. HMO Patients

If you have an HMO insurance plan, a referral will be required to receive care at the Webby Hills Cancer Center. This referral comes from your primary care physician (PCP) and/or specialist in your insurance network. If you don’t see your insurance listed below, don’t worry. Call us and ask for one of our insurance specialists who will be able to answer any questions.

For HMO patients, the referring physician is usually a member of the same medical group or IPA as the Webby Hills Cancer Center. A medical group is an association of physicians, hospitals and other health care providers that contract with an HMO to provide the HMO’s enrollees with health care. It is possible that an “out of network” one-time second opinion can usually be obtained.

If you are an HMO patient and would like to find out if your primary care physician is able to refer you to the Webby Hills Cancer Center, call to speak with one of our insurance specialists. Even if the medical groups do not align, our insurance financial counselors can guide you to the help you need.

Cash Patients
